Proactive Renewal Notifications allow companies to proactively receive renewal notifications and reminders when their manufacturer contracts will expire.
Client Administrator(ACC_ADMIN) can configure Proactive Renewal Notification for Customer Companies.
Go to Profile and select the Customer that you want to configure the Proactive Renewal Notification.
Then scroll down the Customer detail view to see the Proactive Renewal Notification section. Then select the "Configure" link at the right.
As in above screen segment you can configure the "Proactive Renewal Notification".
Enable PRN Email - Check this box to enable Proactive Renewal Notifications email to be sent from the Asset General automatically depending on the settings.
PRN Email To - This is a list of all Client Administrators (ACC_ADMIN) of your AG instance. The user selected will receive the PRN email(s).
PRN Email Header - Enter the text that will be shown as the header of the email automatically generated.
PRN Email Footer - Enter the text that will be shown as the footer of the email automatically generated.
Select the manufacturer(s) to activate PRN then configure to your preference:
Customer - Checking this "Customer" check box will send an email to the customer
30 Day - Checking this "30 Day" check box will send an email 30 days before their Service Contract is set to expire
60 Day - Checking this "60 Day" check box will send an email 60 days before their Service Contract is set to expire
90 Day - Checking this "90 Day" check box will send an email 90 days before their Service Contract is set to expire
Then Save the configuration.
Note: Selecting "Preview" in the Email Setting section allows you to view a preview of the automated email.
