Assigning Locations
Location(s) assignment for Customer users (USER)
Assigning a location is used to receive PRN notifications and view Assets (Coverage and Contracts related) for Customer USERs since assets have locations.
Go to detail page of the user (USER) that you want to do the location assignment.
Click on "Edit Assigned Locations" and check the location(s) that need to be assigned and hit save.
Note: If PRN and Filter By Location in PRN is enabled, has been enabled, then this user will receive the automated emails generated by the system for Coverage items in the assigned locations.
